MSTECK has traded in Dubai since 2008, building a specialization in HVAC — chilled water systems, VRF/VRV, ducting, and BMS integration — and expanding it into full MEP scope: plumbing and drainage, and interior fit-out works.
What separates us from a pure installation crew is the consultancy layer: we review drawings, value-engineer designs against ASHRAE, SMACNA and DEWA requirements, and flag issues before they reach site — then execute the install ourselves, so there's no handoff gap between the people who designed the system and the people who built it.
That structure is why facilities management teams bring us back for retrofits: when a VAV system is delivering uneven cooling or a chiller plant is underperforming against design intent, we can diagnose it as engineers first, not just replace parts as technicians.
